Exhale Studios believes that yoga can be done anywhere and with this philosophy provides pop-up style studios and a space for you to breathe.
Our purpose is to grow and support healthy, mindful, peaceful communities by providing yoga, meditation and healing arts athletes and non athletes alike.
Our yoga classes are intelligently designed to:
- increase flexibility, strength and endurance
- improve respiration, energy and vitality
- improve cardiovascular health
- improve agility and focus
- improve balance
- build lean muscle
- reduce and prevent injury

Yoga supports mindfulness through the practice of intentionally focusing on your breath. By reawakening this connection between your body and mind, you will find the space between stimulus and response.

During each practice you will receive support as you learn to calm the fluctuations of your mind, connect with your more intuitive self and learn how to move more mindfully with grace and ease.

THE FORT is a community space where young people can connect with each other, share, have fun and grow strong together.
It's been created in response to feedback from our community's teens and young adults for an all inclusive place to de-stress, connect with others and learn new skills that enable them to cope better with the pressures of life. In addition to group sharing and discussions, workshops and activities are provided that strengthen and enrich their lives.
